Creamy Kefir Smoothie
This Creamy Kefir Smoothie is rich in live cultures, a natural source of collagen, magnesium, and antioxidants, and an easy way to support your gut (and your energy) first thing in the morning.
Ingredients

1 cup plain kefir

½ cup frozen cauliflower (trust us, you won't be able to taste it)

1 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds
- 1 tsp nut butter (almond or cashew)

1 frozen banana

½ tsp cinnamon

Splash of milk to blend
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
