Cacao Almond Overnight Oats

This Chocolate Almond Overnight Oats recipe packs in rolled oats (great source of resistant starch) almond butter, chia seeds, and a touch of cacao for a natural magnesium boost. Did we mention it’s ready in minutes?

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp cacao powder

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • Optional: handful of fresh raspberries

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, chia seeds, almond butter, and cocoa powder.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, top with banana slices and optional raspberries

  4. Enjoy a magnesium-packed breakfast!
