Cacao Almond Overnight Oats
This Chocolate Almond Overnight Oats recipe packs in rolled oats (great source of resistant starch) almond butter, chia seeds, and a touch of cacao for a natural magnesium boost. Did we mention it’s ready in minutes?
Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats

1 cup milk of choice

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp almond butter
-
1 tsp cacao powder
-
½ banana, sliced

Optional: handful of fresh raspberries
Instructions:

In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, chia seeds, almond butter, and cocoa powder.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, top with banana slices and optional raspberries
